Contact-form submissions: name, company, work email, fleet size and your message. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp).
Anonymous, cookieless usage analytics via Umami — no cookies and no personal data, only aggregated page and event counts. The free fuel check sends only banded values (e.g. an A–F grade), never the raw figures you type, and nothing is stored.
To respond to your enquiry and provide the information requested — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Cookieless analytics — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding aggregate usage). No consent banner is required because no cookies or personal data are used.
Formspree (contact-form delivery), Resend (transactional confirmation email, EU region), Google Cloud (hosting, EU region europe-west4) and Umami Cloud (cookieless analytics) — each engaged as a data processor, with data-processing agreements and EU-transfer safeguards maintained with each provider.
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Files submitted to the free fuel check are processed and discarded — not stored.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority — the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
