Privacy notice for prospective customers (business outreach)
Effective from: 31 July 2026 · Version: 1.1 (2026-07-31)
If we have contacted you by e-mail or phone with an offer of LKW Control (fuel over-consumption analytics for road carriers), this page explains what data we hold about you, where it came from, why we process it, and what your rights are.
1. Who we are (controller)
Engineers-incubator s.r.o. Horná 67, 974 01 Banská Bystrica, Slovak Republic Company ID (IČO): 53 741 200 · Tax ID (DIČ): 2121479470 · VAT ID: SK2121479470 Represented by: Artashes Arakelian Data protection contact: hello@euhub-ai.com
We have not designated a Data Protection Officer — given the scope and nature of the processing, the Art. 37 GDPR thresholds are not met. Please direct all questions to the e-mail above.
2. What data we process about you
Only published professional data and basic company data from public sources:
- name and surname, job title/role,
- business e-mail address and business phone number,
- data about the company you represent (name, company ID, seat, number of vehicles per the public licence records, basic published financials),
- our communication history (date and channel of each approach — three at most, whether you replied, any objection/opt-out).
We process no special categories of data, no private contact details, and no data about drivers — our service does not identify or evaluate individual drivers.
3. Where your data came from (Art. 14 GDPR)
Exclusively from publicly available, published sources: your company's website and contact page, the Slovak commercial register (ORSR), finstat.sk, the public register of road transport operators and licences, and professional directories. The specific source of your e-mail address is stated directly in the first message we send you ("We found your e-mail published at [source]"). We do not buy contact lists.
4. Why we process the data, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Approaching your company with a relevant B2B offer (direct marketing) | Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Recital 47); e-mail outreach to published contact details of legal persons in line with §116 of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications |
| Enforcing our contact-frequency cap and tracking replies | Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR |
| Permanently honouring your objection (suppression list) | Compliance with Art. 21 GDPR |
We have documented the legitimate-interest assessment (balancing test) in writing; a summary is available on request.
There is no automated individual decision-making and no profiling of natural persons; we prioritise only at company level (e.g. by fleet size).
5. How long we keep the data
- We will contact you at most 3 times. If you do not respond, we delete your data no later than 6 months after the last contact.
- If you object or opt out, we delete your contact data immediately; we keep only a minimal record (e-mail address and objection date) solely so that we never contact you again.
- If you become a customer, your data is then processed under our separate customer privacy policy.
6. Who receives the data
We do not disclose your data to any third party for their own purposes, do not sell it, and do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use these processors:
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Google Workspace — e-mail correspondence and the prospect list), under an Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement. Any incidental transfer to the USA is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft Azure — hosting of the fuel check at check.lkw-control.com and durable storage of the records it produces), under Art. 28 GDPR data protection terms. Those records are stored in the European Union (Germany); the service runs in the EU (Ireland).
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20).
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
You may object to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time, free of charge. Simply reply to our message, use the opt-out link in the e-mail, or write to hello@euhub-ai.com. After an objection we will never contact you again — no conditions, no further balancing.
We respond to requests without undue delay, at the latest within one month.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
8. Contact
For any question about this page or your data, contact hello@euhub-ai.com or write to the registered seat listed in section 1.

9. Free fuel check and fleet audit (addendum to sections 1–8)
If you completed the free fleet audit at check.lkw-control.com, the following applies in addition to the sections above:
What we process. Your audit answers (coded choices about company processes — fleet size, tooling, procedures; no free-text fields), the computed score and its version, your e-mail, any details you volunteer (name, phone, company ID), and the technical verdict of an e-mail-domain check (a conclusion like "domain resolves", nothing more).
Vehicle registration number (optional). If you tag your instant fuel check with a vehicle's registration number, we store it in the same record as your e-mail. It is optional — the check works identically without it — and the field accepts a registration number only: the format (letters, digits, spaces and hyphens, at least one digit, up to 12 characters) is enforced both in your browser and on our server, and anything else is discarded. We use it for one purpose: so that you and we can tell which vehicle a result refers to. It is deleted together with the rest of your record (section 5), and it never appears in any report, e-mail, link or analytics event.
Where the data comes from. Exclusively from you directly, through your own submission (Art. 13 GDPR). We buy nothing and append nothing from other sources; we look up your domain or company ID only when you yourself provide them.
Why, and on what legal basis. Delivering the result and plan you asked for, and follow-up contact about that result — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; e-mail in line with §116 of Act No. 452/2021 Coll.) together with the consent you tick at submission. The domain check — legitimate interest: confirming we are talking to a real business.
Automated decision-making. None with legal effect. The score is advisory; any commercial assessment is made by a human before any call.
Storage in your browser. In-progress answers are kept locally by your browser (localStorage, 14-day expiry) so you can resume after an interruption — strictly necessary storage for a feature you started yourself; not a tracking cookie.
Retention and rights. As above: we keep the record until your objection/opt-out; one click unsubscribes and removes your data. All rights in section 7 apply in full.
